You will be informed by email if for any reason there is a delay longer than 3 working days to despatch your goods. Furniture delivery times are shown in the details of each furniture item. Estimated delivery times are shown in our table below, however, Cheeky Monkeys cannot be held responsible if deliveries take longer than these estimates.

*These are minimum postage charges which are weight dependant. In some cases of particularly large orders, the postage may be reviewed. We will contact you if this applies to your order. In some exceptional circumstances - depending on country of delivery or the amount of the order, we may have to come back to you for additional insurance charges.
Most orders will be shipped using Royal Mail 'signed for' services, which will require a signature on delivery. Tracking numbers for delivery can be emailed on request to customers for checking on delivery of their orders. This is not done automatically.
If you are unavailable when attempted delivery is made, a card will be left with you to offer you collection from a local collection point. If you refused delivery of goods, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
Next day delivery is not guaranteed to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, and parts of Scotland, the Highlands and Isles. Next day delivery is not available on furniture orders.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been despatched, you will be charged for delivery and return postal charges.
